 I think it may have been you who we met in Hanoi Station but frankly I did not know it was you as you did not introduce yourself. I would have talked some more had I known.

Thank you so much for the excellent service you provided for our train trip to Sapa.
We were picked up on time and escorted right to our carriage which was so helpful and then met as soon as we got off the train on arrival in Hanoi.
I will be sure to recommend your service to other travellers.

We are now safe in Sapa and having a wonderful time..
I would like to confirm that your staff will be at the train station in Hanoi to receive us on the 8th with the yellow luggage we left in your office and send us to Luxury Hotel..

Dear Sir/Madam
We will be travelling as a family of 5, 3 adults and 2 children (8 and 5 years old). I am wondering if the charges are the same for children and adults and if you could recommend something that would be comfortable for all of us together as my mother is 63 years old.
